Founded in 2025, Congleton Dog Rescue began as a small grassroots initiative by a group of passionate animal lovers who couldn't stand to see dogs suffer. What started as fostering a handful of dogs from local shelters has grown into a comprehensive rescue operation that has saved over 40 dogs and counting.
Today, we work tirelessly across Cheshire and beyond, partnering with veterinary clinics, foster families, and community organisations to give every dog the second chance they deserve. Our mission goes beyond rescue — we're committed to education, advocacy, and creating lasting change.

Founder & Director
Dawn's lifelong passion for animal welfare led her to establish Congleton Dog Rescue. She oversees all rescue operations with years of dedicated animal care experience.
Administrator & Homecheck Co-ordinator
Isabella manages administrative tasks and coordinates home checks to ensure all dogs are placed in safe, loving, well-suited homes.
Administrator & Website Developer
Jason manages website development and digital administration, ensuring the rescue's online presence is professional and engaging for adopters.
